Support Groups: Disability Support Group meets on Monday afternoons. Take Charge of My Diabetes and Take Charge of My Health six-week self-management workshops are ongoing.

Money Management: We offer a money management workshop that highlights time-tested saving techniques, and how to stretch your dollar.

Wellness Activities: Group Physical Activity Sessions meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings, Adaptive Yoga every other Wednesday morning. One-on-one Exercise with Pauline or Jocelyn is available by appointment. The Dietician visits Eden monthly.

Creative Groups: Creative Art Group, Jewelry Making Group, and Drama Club are some of our ongoing activities. Recent Craft Seminars have included cross-stitching, stained glass, ceramics, and photography- more coming soon!

Adaptive Gardening: During the Spring and Summer we have access to two raised garden beds at Chase Park Community Garden. Past seasons we have grown mammoth sunflowers, cucumbers, summer squash, beans, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, radishes, and more!

Music Lessons: Group Guitar Lessons are Friday afternoons. Musicians of all levels are welcome to attend: from saxophone to maraca, vocals to guitar, we want you! World Drumming sessions have been held in the past, and we hope to have back soon!

Games: Weekly Trivia, Wii bowling and Scrabble tournaments.

Boccia League: Hosted by the Chicago Park District, practice is every Tuesday afternoon at Chase Park.

Evening Events: Poker Night, Social Night, Wrestling Night, and Movie Night!
