Individuality and choice are critical at Eden as well. This is your home, to be decorated and furnished as you like. Choices extend well beyond selecting an apartment layout, and involve no extra cost. A single monthly payment covers everything, including personal care provided by 24-hours-a-day Certified Nursing Assists (CNA) under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Our standard services include:

• Personal care including assistance with grooming, bathing/showering, dressing, personal hygiene and toileting
• Restaurant-style dining with three delicious, well-balanced meals a day
• Evening snacks
• Weekly housekeeping
• Building and grounds maintenance
• Weekly laundry service (dry cleaning excluded)
• Help with coordinating transportation

We also provide the following medical support services:

• Comprehensive, individualized resident assessment and service plan
• Medication set-up and reminders
• Assistance with ambulation and transfer
• Health promotion, wellness, disease prevention, and self-care counseling and programs

Safety and accessibility features, which are paramount at Eden, include:

• Completely barrier-free apartments and common areas
• Oversized elevators and hallways
• Electronic door openers and ADA-approved door handles
• State-of-the-art fire safety
• 24-hour emergency call response in all apartments
• 24-hour security personnel
